We were also surprised that we could not have an hour late check out (I had a conference call ending right as check out was required), and were told to sign up for the app to pay the late fee. "Everything done electronically, which is convenient though impersonal. Couldn’t check in 15 minutes early. As you are dealing with an electronic lock that is timed to the check in time. (You can pay for an hour early check in, or an hour later check out, but nothing for 15-20 minutes.) Good layout to the room. Super hot, turned off heat but it didn’t help. Needed to open windows which did help though there was a terrible smell in the alley, which forced us to close them pretty quickly. Great...
