"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...

"The room was very warm and the bed very comfortable. Parking was close and under light. We were in room 273, very separate from other rooms, and what bothered me was the entrance to the hallway was ajar and could not be shut. I felt unsafe."

"Super convenient for early morning airport departures. The pool is warm and in doors for winter swimming. Nice to know you could leave your car parked here and shuttle to the airport so long as you don't have an early morning flight."
