"There is no room service. There is no mini bar in the apartment. Serviced weekly. The cafe/bar is permanently closed. The is a coffee kiosk at reception. We loved the views from the 20th floor. Nice comfortable beds. Air-conditioning was effective. Spacious and modern. The pool is on the small side for a building with so many gusets.The tram stop is just around the corner. 15 minute walk to restaurants on Cavill Ave. "

"I have been coming here for the past 12 years and my family and I love the pools. The lagoon is amazing and unique and the indoor people is gorgeous as well. The outdoor spa has not worked the past few times but the indoor one still works well. The apartments are nice but some of the ones we have stayed in could do with a refresh. Other than that, would definitely recommend as it is also reasonably priced if you find the right deal."

"We (family of 4) stayed for 6 nights in 2 bedroom apartment and it was a great stay. Apartment was clean, tidy and spacious with balcony. It has a secure car parking at the basement with easy access via lift. Kitchen, laundary appliances etc was all working. It has nice clean pool and spa, kids loved it. Only con is that they provided 1 day of basic supply items like toiletries, dishwasher soap and we are suppose to buy our own. Overall happy with the stay."
