It is on a main street, so there was some street noise, but Erie is not a big city and this house is in a nice neighborhood. "A group of us can the Conneaut for the DDay reenactment. Each of our retired military reenactors had their own room so could rest up for the action in an air conditioned, spacious house. We cooked meals which eliminated the need to fight for a table a a local restaurant. The gathering spaces indoors & outdoors were great for us-convening around the campfire or hanging out in the great room. Overall, this was our most comfortable stay in Conneaut. I highly recommend this property!"

"This was a new listing, and i finally did have communication with the owner about items that wrre not tgere, that we take for granted: no chest of drawers for clothes, one tiny utility stand in each bedroom. There was only 1 set of dishes- 4 plates/bowls/cups, but NO drinking glasses. And no lamps, only overhead kights with bright Edison bulbs. I think/hope these items are supplied. "Great little lakeside cottage. Nice deck view of lake and very cool lake bluff fire pit. Kitchen was well supplied. There is a unique sun porch as well as a deck. Hosts were super friendly communicating before and during our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again!"

"What a great house and view!! Loved the layout of the house and all the room. Kitchen was great and fully stocked. Needless to say, view of the lake and the yard itself was perfection. I'd love to stay in the wintertime too. Hot tub was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!! "

"Excellent property exactly as described. Excellent value for money with all amenities and facilities provided. Coffee maker had full supply of pods and there was lots of kitchen items that were very useful (Sugar, oil, spices etc.). Entertainment system had Netflix and other services available. Perfect location for dropping our daughter off at Mercyhurst University. Would utilize again, full marks !!"

"The house was amazing! The 4 main items we look for were there. The beds were very comfortable, each couple had their own bathroom, the water pressure in the shower was FANTASTIC, and we had a fire every night. Cindi, one of the owners, came over on Wednesday to clean the pool and told us some very interesting facts on the history of the house. She also rescued us from the pouring rain when we locked ourselves out. DO NOT PUT THE LOCK BOLT ON THE LOCKBOX DOOR WHEN YOU LEAVE!!!!"
