"The cottage is spacious for 2 people. It is very comfortable and easy to navigate to and from in a quiet neighborhood. It is well appointed. We chose it to have access to the south and west. The resident lab is friendly and likes head scratches. "

"My husband and I had a beautiful stay in Gertrude for two nights. The property is beautiful and feels secluded but is close and convenient to everything you need. The only thing to note is that the only cooking facilities are a small grill and a kettle for tea/coffee. Also a mini fridge. All worked perfectly, but good to know for planning!"

"We stayed at the Loft for 3 nights. The property is just as advertised.....an old structure that has been renovated into a beach house. It's very well done and nicely equipped. The host, Jerry, was great. He contacted me immediately after I booked and offered help with area information. He called a couple of days before we arrived with check in information and provided some local restaurant coupons. He was also very responsive after we arrived and needed some help with the heat and TV. We...

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming house. It had everything we needed, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze. The backyard was beautiful and provided a lovely space to relax. We’re really happy we chose this house for our getaway. The only suggestion if we may is to add curtains in the rooms for better light control. We recommend it."

"Original rental had some issues but host accommodated us on a different property. Once we got accustomed to all the controls, stay was good. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood. appliances are new. We didn't cook much but it would be nice to have some decent cooking utensils. Host was very responsive and would definitely consider it for future stay"
