"The reception lounge is a convenient central place to meet with others or wait to be collected for your tour, well equipped with bar, inside/outside areas and the most amazing view of the Sydney harbor. Our rooms were lovely with a great view over the Australian animals area, we had a koala outside the window and an echidna walking around in view outside. Well equipped rooms with quality features and fixtures. Staff were amazing."

"I had an incredible view of Harbour Bridge from my room on the 8th floor and it was a walkable distance to the ferry and to the local supermarket. There was a lot of noise however as the train passes by but this didn’t disturb my stay. Overall I am happy and will stay here again! "
