"This is a beautiful historic resort with kind of an Ozzy and Harriet flair I was given a terrific room ground-floor could park in front full kitchen and bath queen bed and queen sleeper I was in big bear looking for investment projects and I was paddle by natasha and Chris they were just terrific totally responsive to every question I had I can’t say enough nice things about the staff In fact I had a 13 day rental. And I had to go home five days early to deal with some chaos of my vrbo rentals in San Diego and Natasha was very gracious in getting me a refund and doing it properly and promptly"

"I loved it for a quick ski trip and was in a perfect location. I was bummed the hot tub wasn’t hot probably lukewarm, but everything was great overall. "

"Everything was good but if you take a shower to get the the water hot turn on the faucet on the sink to full hot. Once the water is hot in the sink turn on the shower to the middle and slowly adjust or else you will burn yourself. Looks can be deceiving don't judge the book by it's cover. Granted given the area it is in, it is a great place to stay at and safe. Obviously take all your important and valuable items with you like anywhere else you stay. Also try out the local entrepreneurs that are setup across the street for after hours eats. Trust me not everyone bites (unless your into that?) and everyone's world can profit from genuine human interaction with a simple hello and asking how their day is going. Plain and simple for me this place is great to call it home for the night and can't control life's intentions for each individual so patients and understanding goes a long way. Treat someone how you want to be treated and even you don't get it in return the world still revolves your still be the person you are regardless. "
