"This was an emergency as all the hotels in Bellevue lost power for 5 days. It was clean comfortable. Nice beds, new carpet, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and microwave. Lots of street noise and area is not great with prostitutes walking the streets about 4 blocks a way. Lobby smells of cigarettes and often there is no one in the office an just a phone number. Price was super reasonable for Seattle $100/night for two queen beds and full bath on second floor. No smoking in the rooms and...

"Everything was as described on the website. We did have a couple of minor maintenance issues that were quickly resolved by the manager. The location is very convenient to downtown and is located very close to a major bus line. All in all we would stay here again and recommend this location to other people."
