"Our stay was only one night, but it was a very fun night and morning. The property was beautiful. The walking trails were great for a morning walk. "This was the perfect place for a group to stay. Plenty of room and very peaceful in a rural setting. We had a daughter graduate from the Navy Officer Training School in Newport which is about 25 minutes away. Highly recommend if you have a group of 8-10 guest. "

"A very well appointed and clean home. Kitchen was well equipped for my wife's preparation of dishes for Thanksgiving. Has Google assistant devices. In a nice neighborhood only two blocks from the water. Would consider staying here again. The only reason we rated cleanliness at a four was because the kitchen cabinets and stovetop were as clean as they could be. Otherwise, the home was very clean."

"This is a very small cottage and would not recommend for more than two people. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Sufficient linens and towels. We stayed in the winter and there was no snow shovel nor ice melt and we had several snowstorms during our stay. The location is good as there are several good restaurants nearby. There are several state and local parks nearby with excellent walking paths."

"The Boat House was a great home for our family trip to East Greenwich! Perfectly located near the historic Main street. The house had plenty of space for our family including a toddler. There is a permanent crib in the master suite area. We were supplied with plenty of linens, blankets and towels. The street is very quiet with a train that frequently passes nearby but is not a bother at all. The kitchen was well stocked. Large laundry room. Large backyard as well.
