"We had issues with check-in. Trying to charge us for parking. Beware. We chose this hotel through this website that said free, self parking, or we could’ve chosen something closer to our event.The room was clean, although there were three of us. There was only two sets of towels. We had to go down and get it because the phone in the room was broken. The light at the entry to the room was broken, breakfast didn’t have enough cereal but many options but one of the customers came and took everything, and the worker did not replace anything. I let him know items needed to be replaced but we could tell he was bothered by us even though it was only 9am, it closed at 10a."
