"We were in town for the FWSSR livestock competitions and this was an excellent place to stay after being in the cold barns all day! The location was easy to get to and there were so many restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and well thought-out. We hope to stay again next year!"

"Great property for a stay near TCU. Very comfortable, owners very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was great. Would definitely stay again but it is important to know that this is a guest house over the garage. Full use of backyard area while there and that space is as amazing as the pics show. "

"Nothing but good things. You want for nothing. Very well stocked with everything you need. The decor is well above most high end rentals. The location is in perfect setting and close to everything. Highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates a really nice place to stay."

"We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay."

"The properties were clean, convenient and worked out great for our family Christmas. Beds aplenty and all comfortable. Nacole and Denny were very responsive, and even put up Christmas trees for us! Also were great to make sure we had new propane tanks for the grills. We had a great time."

The only issue we had was the noise of the structural supports. We stayed on the second floor, and whenever any of the doors on the floor were opened, creaking along the roof and structures would reverberate through our room, which as a light sleeper, made it difficult to sleep sometimes.
