"Everything was great though the room service wasn't set up right and unavailable and there weren't vending machines where stated they would be. Otherwise incredible though!"

"Great vacation spot, lots to do and very friendly. Had an electrical problem in one of the bathrooms that ruined my daughters expensive curling iron (not happy about this). Cold the front desk and they said they would look into it. (I want a new curling iron - we just bought it a couple months ago)"

"The unit itself was great, no issues at all with unit, its amenities, or its cleanliness We loved the location and ease of walking up town or taking the car and driving elsewhere. Great that parking was available for guests. Used the full kitchen for multiple meals which again being close to grocery stores was great. We loved Fresh Market! Didn't like the last minute notice about the pool/hot tub being closed during our stay. And there were no comparable alternatives available that provided a...

"Visited during off season so very quiet in this area - would be an amazing spot during ski season. Balcony appeared to be under construction/refurbishment and lifts in the building were all out of order. "

Fantastic stay!!

"Our stay was wonderful. I wanted a room with a kitchen because we had some early morning games for one of my kids and some restaurants wouldn't be open early enough, plus, having the kitchen made things more relaxing, which is a plus as a parent. The room was updated and very cozy. The bed was one of the more comfortable I've slept on in quite some time. The fireplace in the room was an added bonus to keep us all cozy and comfy. The central activity area at the center of the hotel was also very nice so my kids and I could have some leisure time while we were in between games. "
