Summary:
This Epic 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom house is in the heart of Old Town Park City. Appropriately labeled 'Epic Lodge', this luxury mountain home is over 7000 sqft of living space and customized for your large group getaway! After a day of skiing or mountain biking, unwind in your own private hot tub or sauna, shoot a game of pool, or walk to the vibrant Historic Main street to enjoy the dozens of amazing restaurants and shops that Park City has to offer.

The Space:
Paramount among the quaint homes along the mountainside is this 10 bedroom Epic Lodge. It’s the perfect destination for a legendary ski trip, memorable family reunion, bachelor/bachelorette weekend, or corporate retreat. This is your home away from home, with an open concept layout with a huge double sized kitchen, 2 living rooms, billiards table and wet bar. On the ground level floor there is a sauna, and an oversized hot tub for 8 people, a spacious fully equipped ski room w/ boot warmers, and a 5 car garage. Too tired to walk? Take the elevator to all floors of the house. You have tons of bedrooms to choose from as well:

The home is fully equipped with ultra high speed internet (1gb Xfinity service!) and wifi repeaters throughout to ensure coverage in any room of the house. 12 flat screen TV's throughout the house. Multi-zone radiant heat system. Newly installed AC system. Additional individual PTAC heating/cooling systems in the bedrooms. On top of all that, the home comes fully equipped with all the essentials to make your trip a breeze. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, trash bags, dish soap, spices, and the list goes on. The kitchen is equipped with just about every thing you could ask for: multiple coffee makers, 2x fridge/freezers, 2x ovens, 10 burner dual range w/ commercial hood, 2x dishwasher, 2x sinks, microwave, toaster oven, slow cooker, massive amounts of counter space, walk in pantry, and just about every cooking dish/pot/pan/utensil you can think of. If you get a bit overwhelmed, just ask us for a recommendation for a private chef to come do all the cooking and cleaning for you and your family!

Guest Access:
The home comes with more parking than you could ever need. 5 attached garage spots with another 3 driveway spots will give you plenty of options for the whole group. All access doors have Yale automated locks and you'll be assigned your own personalized access code for your stay. No need for physical keys anymore! On the off chance you run into any issues, we're available anytime during your stay should you need assistance.

The Neighborhood:
The house is right in the thick of 'Old Town'. This is the most exclusive and premier location for all of Park City. Park City has evolved from a mid-nineteenth center silver mining settlement, to a year-round destination resort town, known for its world class accommodations, fine dining and historic charm. Old Town, also referred to as the Historic District, is undeniably the heart of Park City. Homes here will always be in high demand for that reason. Many primary residence buyers, eager to be in the midst of everything, are drawn to Old Town’s charm and vibrancy. It rates #1 in terms of walkability, ski access, and proximity to shops, restaurants, night life and special events. This isn't an upsell; ask any local or frequent visitor and they will absolutely confirm this location cannot be beat.

Getting Around:
Everything is within walking distance from you. Walk just one block to Park City Mountain Resort, or a short stroll to the iconic main street. If you wish to venture further you can take the free shuttle buses to Deer Valley or Canyons. The bus stop is located half a block away. Please see the Park City Transit for Park City’s Free Bus Schedule. Uber and Lyft are also other good way of transportation if needed and readily available in the Park City Area.

Other Things to Note:
CANCELLATION POLICY: We do allow cancellations up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund, minus a 3% cancellation fee on any deposits paid via credit card. Our payment processor does not refund the credit card fee, so we simply ask guests to cover that expense in the event they need to cancel more than 60 days before.

Great getaway
The house is very large as advertised. We were able to fit 4 SUV’s and a car in the garage! The rooms were spacious and clean. Communication with the owner was easy with fast responses. Overall great experience!

Great place to stay!
Great house with plenty of bedrooms (most with their own bathroom), huge common area, and fully stocked kitchen. The location is also very convenient, being about a ten minute walk to the Park City base and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Main Street area. Hosts were very communicative and the stay was very easy & enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Epic Lodge. The house is perfect for a large group, tons of space and en-suite rooms are a huge plus. The location is perfect for an easy walk to slopes or town. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location
We spent 4 nights in Epic Lodge and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We were 19 (8 adults and 11 kids) and felt like the home presented more than ample space. The location is a 5 minute walk to the PC lifts and about a 15 minute walk to downtown. Communication with Jonathan was seamless and he was always very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for providing a beautiful home for our annual ski trip.

Great House for Large Family Gathering
Traveled with extended family (15 people ages 2-72) and all enjoyed this spacious, well-appointed house. Very clean, perfect location, ample parking, and extremely communicative, gracious hosts. Perfect reunion spot
Every two years we (8 couples) gather to celebrate our 55 years of friendship that began as college students. This home worked very well for us. Perfect House
The size of the house in terms of bedrooms, living spaces and kitchen was perfect for our group of 17 comprising four families. The location of the house in terms of getting to and from the lifts at the Park City ski base was a convenient 5 to 10 min walk and to the Main Street of Old Town only a 15 min walk if you didn’t want to take a bus. The manager dealt with any requests promptly. We will certainly stay here again.

Lovely Stay, Great For Large Groups
Our group held a professional gathering of 14 individuals and found this space to be perfect for our needs. There is plenty of seating in the two living rooms for conversation and hanging out. We also LOVED that there were two dishwashers, stoves, and fridges that were great for a large group. The rooms were very nice, and we all found the beds to be very comfortable. I wanted to take the comforter home with me - ha! The other amenities offered were also nice for a large group (e.g., pool table, mini-bar area, and hot tub). We also appreciated the smooth communication with Jonathan and Madison - thanks for everything!

One of a Kind Property
A group of 20 of us stayed to celebrate a 50th birthday. This luxury house is incredible — there is a ton of space for 20+, each bedroom is large, the location is top-notch, and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots/pan, champagne flutes, etc! Jon and Madison are super responsive. One of my favorite rentals ever!

Wonderful Reunion Home
Host was great and so cooperative. Got us a set of bags to use per our request. A few suggestions: a few more cocktail glasses, dish towels, landscaping rather than weeds in the beautiful outside setting, bottom drawer of the dresser in the first bedroom on the second floor on the left was broken, river rock in the showers was not comfortable. But house was perfect for our reunion and enjoyed every minute!

Extended family vacation perfection!
This could not have worked better! Our extended family joined us this this home for a week in Park City. The location is fantastic, the youngest of the children was happy to walk into town it is so close. Main Street is super close as well which was a nice break for the parents to go out at night and be able to walk home. The park is a block away, everything the home and whole town are clean and easy to navigate. The elevator was a highlight for everyone- parents who moved luggage sand kids who like to push the button. The double fridge/freezer, oven/stovetops and two sets of laundry washers &dryers were extremely helpful with the large group! We loved it!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Jon & Madison were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself was beautiful - clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was also perfect, walking distance to the main lift with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. But what really made this place stand out was the level of care and attention to detail that Jon and Madison put into every aspect of the stay. From the personalized welcome message to the thoughtful recommendations on what to do, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire stay. Exceptional Christmas vacation!
I cannot say enough great things about our stay. We had a group of six adults and 16 kids, mainly teenagers, spending a Christmas break ski trip together. Jonathan and Madison could not have made things any easier! Throughout the entire process, they were helpful and accommodating. The house was incredibly well stocked for a large group. The coffee maker was having problems brewing a full pot, and when I emailed them just so they would be aware in the future, they delivered a new one within just a few hours. They checked in every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great location, but…
The house is located in an incredible location as it’s walking distance to downtown and the Canyons, but they where the superlatives end. The interior is tired and needs a ton of upgrades from the kitchen cabinets and flooring that is worn out to the windows that don’t open. If you can’t get the windows open definitely don’t stay during the summer as there is no HVAC and the mini splits on the main floor can’t keep up. My guests and I didn’t three days sweating to death as I hosted a meeting as it wouldn’t get below 78 degrees. Called the host who cam promptly, but said everything was working and left. Not what I expect when shelling out thousands of dollars for a luxury property. Too many nice properties in Deer Valley to goose from for me to stay here again. Ask about the AC issues before booking.

So much fun!
We had an absolutely wonderful time here. Unfortunately, our original rental was cancelled the day before we were supposed to show up. When I messaged Jonathan, the host, he was incredibly timely in his responding. He put my mind at ease and did what he could to ensure that we could stay at his property, even though it was less than 24 hours in advance that we were booking. He went above and beyond to make sure that the house was turned over from us from the previous renters. The house itself was a blast! In walking distance to main street, Walgreens, the grocery store, coffee shops, etc. The street itself was pretty quiet. We had a few people riding bikes or walking past who were friendly. We were blown away with how much space this house had. It felt like we were staying in a hotel and were thankful for the elevator when it came to loading and unloading our things. The pool table, hot tub, TVs, Bluetooth speakers, and firepit kept us entertained. We rented for a combined bachelor/bachelorette party. This house made it unforgettable. A few cons: Some of the kitchen pots, pans, and utensils weren't totally clean. Some of the walls had some gunk on it, but that was no big deal. The main floor was pretty warm, so we did our best to keep all of the window coverings closed to help with that. We all kept talking about how fun this house would be to visit during ski season sometime! Loved it.

I stayed here for my bachelorette party and one of the main topics of the weekend was how amazing the house was. It was clean, big, and exactly as pictured. The check in and out process could not have been smoother. The hosts were responsive (within minutes) and welcoming. We had a chef come and the chef also mentioned the house has everything he needed. The living space was more than large enough for all 15 of us to spend time together. I could not recommend this property more and we are already talking about coming back!

Another Great Stay at Epic Lodge
This was the second stay that 15 friends from our college days in the 1970's have gathered in Park City and stayed at the Epic Lodge. As we experienced 2 years ago when we stayed, everything was outstanding regarding our stay - from the house itself to the great service from Jon & Madison, as well as from the management folks, and the cleaning staff. When 15 grumpy old men can all agree on this house being just the best place to hold our every other year reunion - that's saying something! We'll definitely be back in 2026!
