"Pleasant hotel in a quiet area with helpful staff. It's a very straightforward experience with not many amenities -- no hotel transportation, laundry service, refrigerators or microwave, for example. However, the staff were helpful with what the hotel did offer, and the breakfast was lovely. It's a quiet town that closes early, but they do have room service and a restaurant/lounge that offers some late night menu items. "Really relaxed and easy stay with everytbing we needed"

"We stayed for a couple of nights mid week, and it was easy to get to, driving in the car, good parking facility, and its position couldn't have been much better, we could walk into the city centre in less than 20 minutes! The one thing I would like to see, is a better deal on inclusion of breakfast during your stay. Chris, the restaurant and bar manager moved pretty fast, all of the time, and was very efficient."

"On the whole it was good only for one night. I think charging for parking is milking it a bit. The coffee machine didn’t appear to work in the room. But used instant coffee tubes instead. Would have preferred the “real coffee “ We went out for breakfast as that was also chargeable at the hotel. So little things really & not life threatening! Just a bit disappointing."

"Lovely large rooms, with kitchenette. Good sized bathroom with shower/bath. Location is great, with bus stop just outside. Which is great with Oxford's very regular, clean public transport. Parking is a little tight, but very welcome. Overall a lovely place to stay and would definitely stay again."
