Avista Resort

3.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1003)
"Off season visit. Nice one bedroom ocean front condo. Looks like it had recently been painted and several pieces of new furniture. This unit is advertised to sleep 6, which it will, but the spacious bathroom only has one small vanity when it has ample space for a larger 2 sink unit. We were only a party of two, and I wouldn't want to have any more than that in this unit. Small but usable kitchen. Entry doors are very heavy and slam loudly when closing. That being said we enjoyed our stay."
