"Our first time to stay in this hotel and our expectations were not met. Hotel was quiet despite the season, safe and tranquil. Customer service was average. Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). Imagine entering your hotel room with a random person’s phone charging by the bathroom (finding out later that it’s the room cleaner’s, no apologies given).
