"It is a Western style resort. The pool is excellent and it actually has a hot tub, which is really nice! It has 3 restaurants with an extensive menu. The rooms are renovated, clean and nice. The beach reminds of the Atlantic coast of Florida and good waves for boogie boarding and surfing. The resorts will let you rent a sea kayak or surf board, which is nice. "Batad Rice Terraces is a must see, but have to be physically fit for it is very steep, high, narrow and very very long walk. "The advertised photos no longer represents the property, it is now run-down, unsafe, dirty and smells of sewage. They advertised a restaurant called Blue Mikey that is also a run-down place that is filthy! When checking in i looked over and it still had dirty pots and dishes from several days passed by appearances and along with dirt on counter. I have saw homeless encampments that looked better. Once i checked in and looked at the place i immediately turned around and left."

"The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule). The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold. Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good."
