"The front desk people as well as the maid service were not very friendly. Nobody owes each other kindness, but treating me like I am stupid when I am giving you money is not cool. Other than the comforter/sheets being very thin, the facilities were nice! I felt very safe."

"Overnight on the way to destination. Slept well. All the three of us needed or wanted."

"We were there about 7 minutes in our room. We left. Wouldn't recommend at all."

"Bugs in bathroom and the bathroom floor was nasty. Pubic hair around the toilet carpet look to have hair in it. Bed was ok. "

"Thank yall for the stay and accepting that my girls accompanied me for the hrs after school too …. I enjoyed the stay! Definitely worth it … the few odd things to be unnerving would be that old creeping floors that feel as if they may fall thru .. evidently a crawl space below and noted this was a built on addition from a shop perhaps … cute addition to rent out … thank yall so much .. is a historic neat part of town "

"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. So it was inconvenient to begin with. When we were taking our things...

Downtown Knoxville

"Excellent location near downtown with fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Having a Starbucks conveniently connected through the lobby was a nice bonus. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the rooftop bar was a fun highlight. Highly recommend staying here—I'll definitely be back!"
