"The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff before, during and after check-in was super. The room was very quiet. We could not tell that we were near an airport. My only complaint is the cleaning product they use on the carpets. It is the same one used on the other venue I attended yesterday and my clothes reek of it. My travelling companion and I both find it very unpleasant. That is why I say only 4 stars for cleanliness."
