"This unit is convenient to all of the Newport attractions. The property was clean and everything was as described / pictured. The rental rate was very reasonable compared to other properties and hotels for the busy holiday and marathon weekend. Not luxurious, but clean & functional - appropriate for the price. "We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

"Really nice, quiet location on Thames. Good walk to Bowman's Warf. Paved parking for 2 cars for our upper floor rental, and 2 additional spots for a separate rental below. Parking lines are not visible, so had to accommodate for space. Lots of steps to enter through the back. Beautifully appointed w/ 3 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and shower. The private roof top deck was a bonus. Spectacular views! "

The property owner even called us earlier in the day to let us know we could check in early and call if we need anything. The place was spotless, adorable and perfectly fit the 4 of us.
