"A coworker and I stayed here for two nights this week on a business trip. The rooms were clean and service at the desk is excellent! The beds were comfortable and it was one of the more quiet hotels I've stayed in. There was one issue with a plumbing leak in my room, however the staff took care of it quickly and got me into another room pronto. It's a great location in downtown Hamilton and only about 45-50 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Easy walking distance to shops, breweries, and German...

"My stay was great! I was greeted as soon as the doors closed behind me. The staff were very welcoming & attentive. They offered to respond right away if a need arose….none did. The hotel is very nice, updated & surrounded by plenty of restaurants & shopping areas. This was my first time staying here & I was impressed. Will be using them in the future. My grandson swam & complained the water was cold after we had been advised it would be warm. That’s all I got🤗"
