"No huge complaints from our end.. this house has everything you needed. The Keurig wasn't functioning properly and Pete immediately brought down a backup so we didn't go without our morning joe! Unfortunately Pete had closed the pool due to cooler temperatures a couple weeks before we arrived..a bit of a bummer that we wish we would have known before we arrived as we were planning to use it.. Even if it was cold. But ultimately we understood the situation and it was a mild bummer. Also you...

"The location was in proximity to everything we wanted to do. The beach was 2 blocks straight down the street. The host was very pleasant. We would recommend staying here. Overall wonderful experience!"

"The listing is very accurate. Please do note that they are absolutely correct in saying this is not an entirely quiet location. Ear plugs are provided. Within walking distance of the Santa Fe Depot(train station). Lil less than a couple mile walk to Balboa Park. Very centrally located. "

"Cody, Jaylin & Brad have a great 2 bed / 2 bath, perfect for 2 couples, a block from the Pacific, within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. They say that they are 100% here to help, and that is the truth! We're from AZ, and we didn't adjust for the time difference, so we arrived in PB an hour early. A quick call to Cody, and he graciously agreed to let us check in an hour early on Thanksgiving day! Much appreciated after a long drive. We will be back!"

"Overall the place is fairly small, in my opinion perfect for a couples weekend get away. 15 min from downtown San Diego, balboa park, waterfront park, etc. The one downside is the parking which can be a head ache but with the great weather if San Diego, a short 2-3 min walk is nothing."

"We stayed four nights in February and found it tough to leave this comfortable, cozy apartment on the lower level of an historic manse. The owners' thoughtful touches are everywhere from a bowl of yummy snacks to beach towels and a big laundry hamper for the washer and dryer in the unit.The location is ideal to visit the best of sunny San Diego including the world famous Zoo and La Jolla to see the seals and art galleries. And it's just about half a mile from the airport car rental center. Great...

Great Stay

"This comfort inn is in an industrial area near the airport and Stadium. While a bit out of the way and not the easiest to get to with one way streets, it is a very clean well appointed motel. Only problem is the industrial traffic and noise started at 6 am and is loud and constant. Bring earplugs if you plan to sleep in. One other note: this is a huge complex that is 3 stories tall. The elevator is at the farthest end of the last building. Unless you are able to climb stairs or carry luggage from one end of the building to the other ask for a ground floor or a room near the elevator. "

"Everything was Amazing. 5 star for me and already booking another stay right now. I will actually book a few. We had the bottom floor and it was a huge room. The shower and bathroom on the first floor was huge. The bartender Shawn was Amazing and so kind. The fire pits were going on and jacuzzi. The rooms had a large t v and we watched netlfix and the whole place smelled like ocean sand and coconuts like Hawaii. It was better than I expected and the pictures are no compariosn. In person the hotel looks so much newer and beautiful!! We were 12 minutes from the ocean in cae and close to a huge mall. It would be a good place if your guests were staying like for a wedding or birthday. 5 star and better than some boujie hotels I have stayed in. Also customer service was 5 star, only smiles and no one was rude. I took my dog and they made him feel like a king. Worth it!!!!"
