"The property was about a ten minute walk to the Royal Mile. It is also located near lots of shopping and dining options. There is a mall located around the corner and a tour bus stop across the street. The steamroom, sauna and pool were very clean and great temperatures."

"The staff was amazing and very helpful with pointing us to different attractions … hotel is located in best location for walking and exploring Edinburg with many restaurants, cafes and pubs, we felt very safe here at hotel and surrounding areas … rooms were comfortable for two with two beds and two closets, rooms were clean … I will definitely stay here on my next visit."

"Booked a twin room the beds were a larger size than a single and very comfy. The gym and pool facilities were fantastic as well as being able to drop off our bags of early and get changed before we could access our room. The staff were so helpful and friendly and there was lots to choose from at breakfast. Will book here again when we come back."

"We booked the Sheraton Grand as we were going to the Usher Hall that evening. So it was convenient for us & also had on site parking. Everything was excellent about the hotel apart from our check in. Our room was advertised as available from 3pm & we were not able to get into our room as it was not ready for us until 4.20pm. The check in receptionist showed us into the VIP lounge & left us there, it was approx 15 minutes before any of the staff in the lounge asked us if we would like a refreshment. Eventually at 4.15pm I went back to reception & ask if our room was ready & it was. I do wonder how long our room was available & how long the receptionist would have taken to come & let us know the room was now ready for us. That small blip was the only downside we experienced at the Sheraton, everything else was excellent. I would book again if going to Edinburgh."
