"Wonderful private spot next to St Regis River. Very responsive host. There are 2 or 3 other rentals in the property, but it is so large that you get all the privacy. Hiking trails and canoes/kayaks in the property. Star Link Internet is fast and the cabin is just as it looks in the pictures: cozy, well thought, peaceful, private. Would 100 percent recommend and can't wait to go back! "

"Follow a gps and it will take you right to the Cabin on the River. The hundreds of geese flying into the river was a real treat. Just beautiful to see. We brought my 91 year old Mother who enjoyed this cozy spot. We would love to come back again and bring our teenage grandkids for fly fishing. "

"This was the perfect cozy cabin for our winter vacation. It is perfect if you love a private peaceful scene in the woods. About 30 minutes from towns. Very comfortable, and the Mary is incredibly responsive and helpful. We went to towns, ice fishing on the private lake, had ourselves a day catching so many perch, and relaxed by the fire inside. Highly recommend if you like the quietness of the woods and being outdoors as lots of trails and hikes to do as well!"

"The cabin was not hard to find, but Apple Maps does take you to the wrong location. The owner does warn about this. The address is on the outside of the cabin so as long as you’re paying attention, you’ll have no problems finding it. I do not recommend taking the road further down as you’ll find yourself maneuvering around potholes. The cabin is exactly as listed. The four beds are all in the main room so there isn’t a lot of privacy if you come as a group. We had no problems with any appliances...

"Critter Cabin is everything we want in a vacation cabin. This cabin is authentic with every thing we need. Very cozy, clean, quiet. Wonderful views of Mt. View Lake. "My husband and I spent two days at this wonderful place on Osgood Pond. We had visited in the past, but this was the first time we stayed at historic White Pine Camp. Our brand new unit was cozy in true Adirondack camp style and had everything we needed. We spent a great afternoon skiing at the VIC and enjoyed exploring the grounds of the camp in the snow. Wish we could have stayed longer! I would have liked to have had better wifi access in our unit. The VRBO listing is a bit misleading because...

"We were lucky enough to stay in this cabin on Indian Lake and were impressed with all the extras the host provided. Whether it was a kitchen gadget, extra life jacket or cornhole game- we truly didn’t have to pack as much as we did. The host John, was proactive and was incredibly responsive.
