"As a retired travel agent, I was so pleasantly surprise at the quality I receive at this hotel. Where they found the excellent staff who runs the hotels lace I do not know because I just don’t find it anywhere anymore. Extremely happy with absolutely everything. Sonya was especially accommodating and really went the extra mile! Give that woman a raise, she is few and far between. I would gladly stay here every time I come to Aiken."

"Property was excellent. I have absolutely no complaints. Very good location with restaurants and shopping nearby! Please convey my deep appreciation to Alphonso and Tangie. They were exceptionally helpful and courteous. My stay was delightful, not to mention the amazing breakfast with grits..thank you!"

"It was ok for the price. One of the guys at the front desk was a total jerk. The rest of the staff were amazing but he was a complete @$$hole. "

"Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was great and went out of their way to help and respond to requests. Location is not bad, except for the proximity to the railroad tracks. It's a bit too close, but not a show-stopper. Didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment. Very worth the money."
