"The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and flawless. My family have stayed here with our german shepherd almost four times in the last 18 months and it is absolutely spectacular with serene views, incredibly clean home and all the facilities you need for a relaxing family trip. Unfortunately the reason for the 1 star rating relates to the level of communication with the Property Manager. "We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it had a weird set up with the only bathroom being off the main bedroom - meaning everyone had to go through the main bedroom if they needed to use the facilities. Other than that, the room was perfect and the staff were amazing. We were very happy.
