"Wonderful stay at Na Travessa! Mariana, Joana and the rest of the staff were very lovely and helpful on providing tips and assistance. The area is very central so it is easy to move around the city and there is much to see. The room was very clean and well equipped. The hotel has been renovated very nicely and provides a serene environment for breakfast or enjoying some wine. Would stay here again and recommend it! "

"My concerns were about the arrival process. I booked this on the train from Lisbon arriving at 2:45 pm. So I didn’t get check in details until after I arrived, so if you don’t have data you are SOL as reception closes at 3 pm ( Get that , check in at 3 ,doors shut tight at 3) I tried to call from the train and train station upon arrival but no answer. "we did late-check-in. but the way that pass the key was really irresponsible and NOT safe, I think. I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in.
