"The staff was extremely helpful. We had gotten off a cruise ship at about 9am. I called to see about early check in and the front desk person that answered said they couldn't guarantee they could accommodate and there could be a fee. When we arrived a young lady with very short hair (sorry I don't remember your name!) helped us check in. Not only did she keep us check in early around 11am (at no additional cost charged that I'm aware of) she was kind enough to let me use the locked lobby...

"Check in clerk was not very friendly. To be honest, when we drove around back to our room, it looked like a big drug house. We were so uncomfortable that we never even stopped the car. We made an immediate decision to just leave and find another hotel. Needless to say, we lost the money we spent for this hotel. Not very happy about that!"
