"It is very quiet, a wonderful place to relax. It is not easy to get to by public transportation."

"Check in was difficult and needed an expensive phone call to get checked in. It was not staffed at any stage. The exterior is dimly lit and in a dark area so it was a little unnerving at night. The shower wasn't draining so I had to be careful not to flood the room. Otherwise, bed was comfortable, the room was silent despite being between train lines and in the flight path of Hamburg airport. "

"Der Aufenthalt war schön, und für 2 Personen ist das Häuschen ausreichend. Allerdings befindet sich die kleine „Terrasse“ eher vor/ auf der Auffahrt, was nicht erkennbar war und ist dadurch nicht für sich abgetrennt und einsehbar. Der Pool war nicht in Betrieb, was sehr schade war und uns zuvor nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Das wäre schon ein Muss gewesen, es vorher anzukündigen. Von einigen Spinnen und Staub abgesehen, war unser Häuschen recht sauber… Die Nachbarn im großen Haus nebenan hatten...

"This place was perfect for a poor bike rider like me. The lady in charge was super sweet and helpful. The place was only a few km from town with all the stores u need and the room was nice and peaceful with a raging hot shower which was perfect for my sore legs. All around perfect for a single broke traveler who just wanted a peaceful night out of the rain. Highly recommend!!! One of the nicest spots for a broke traveler like myself. Please stop thru and show them some love and support!!!"

"Ich war im Boardinghouse gebucht und habe dann doch im dazugehörigen Hotel Havenhaus übernachtet. Die Servicekräfte, egal ob im Gastraum oder im Zimmerservice, dort wäre extrem nett und aufmerksam zu den Gästen. Der Parkraum dort ist ein wenig eng und es ist ein Altbau, aber super sauber und gepflegt. Ich habe .ich dort sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Sehr schön eingerichtetes Doppelzimmer, vkel Platz und geräumig mit angrenzenden Badezimmer + Dusche. Was mir sehr gefallen hat ist die Gemeinschaftsküche, welche ich mit nutzen konnte. Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt, eine kurze Einweisung gab es auch."

"No reception at the property, you have to call to get instructions on how to get in after arrival. Room was ok. Big plus for the proximity of the train station."

"The staff were very accommodating of our late arrival. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good."

"Even though it is mentioned that towels are provided, they are not. There is a courtyard with a BBQ which is not working. There is a heater (!) in the shower, so unsafe. The neighbourhood around the establishment is very sketchy and I was afraid to walk to get to the establishment as well during the day as at night. All but one of the tenants only speak German."

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."
