"Home was located in a quiet safe neighborhood. Although my husband was awaken on our first night from the noise of someone walking up the stairs and talking, the remainder of our stay was pretty quiet. We were able to park in the same parking space on the concrete pad on the street located next to the property every night (our visit was not during peak season). Room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay."

"My husband, teen daughters and I had a great stay here. Communication was so great. A pdf arrived ahead of time with information about the house, neighborhood and things to explore in New Orleans. If you’re a light sleeper, take earplugs, sleep mask and/or white noise. The rooms are all pretty bright, and those close to the street are a little loud. We enjoyed the balcony, walked around a ton in the neighborhood and saw so much of NOLA from a great location."

"If i could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. if I could attach pictures I would. I communicated with the host before check in that I would be arriving at 1pm into NOLA and asked if we could check in early he responded 2pm. That was perfect for our time schedule. We ended up showing up to the home at 245pm first thing was the door was UNLOCKED. We walk up a massive staircase to the home which had trash everywhere, broken floorboards, sheets with green mildew looking stains, glass...

"This property was very cute and convenient. I did overall enjoy the stay in the apartment, but my sleep schedule was entirely dependent on my neighbors (who were renting the property next door). The apartment itself was clean, well decorated, and had everything I needed (BYOSoap though!). I was glad I could eat, sleep, and get ready there.
