"Lovely situation, overlooking the river and with restaurants and shops in the street just behind. Staff were not very friendly - reception was very businesslike and the cleaner complained at 9.10am that we were still in the room and would not be able to come back later to clean the room! Staff at breakfast were very slow to respond to our requests. No parking outside on a busy street, so we had to drop our bags off and look for parking elsewhere, which worked reasonably well. "A lovely small town with friendly local people. The apartment has a great location with a seaview from the terrace and it's just 5 mins from the beach and restaurants. It has enough kitchen equipment. You will need a car if you want to get to the supermarket or to travel to a different town/ village as public transport is limited. The owner is quick in replying and pleasant in communication. In general, a great place if you are looking for a peace and quiet on your holiday. "

"My son enjoyed our stay in this calm oasis in the middle of nowhere. We actually just stayed put for the two nights and went nowhere. Enjoyed the pool. My son loved playing with the cats. The set dinner included in our stay (a fish and a meat option) was amazing on both evenings and their own wine was very enjoyable. I was disappointed we couldn’t buy any to take home. Would definitely recommend this place and would next time take a trip to the coast as beach is meant to be amazing. "
