"This property has amazing potential, beautiful beach, the resort grounds are very nice, washrooms etc are very clean. However, the pool is not heated so the swim up bar and pool have no one using it because the pool is very cold. One day the hot tub was too hot to get into, next day luke warm. The staff are hard to recognize as they just wear their street clothes and play with their phones so you have to chase them down to get service, they wont come asking you if want a drink etc. They dont...

"The place is nicely located, provides plenty of space, and the property management team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. With its outdoor space, it would be a great place for a dog. For people, though, a lot of updates are needed, like new beds, furniture, dishwasher, and especially window treatments.
