"Just got back from our trip to Loreto Bay. The condo was a highlight of the vacation. There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out together and also get away for some quiet time when needed. It is well stocked with beach chairs and towels. We spent hours hanging out and relaxing on the rooftop patio. Don't hesitate to book this condo, it is well worth it!"

"The Founder's Neighborhood is a quiet, beautifully landscaped oasis on Loreto Bay. This villa is particularly well-positioned - it is quiet, away from the main street, and there are beautiful views from the upstairs tower sitting area of Nopolo rock and the mountains. Everything we needed was provided for comfort and for in-house cooking. The beach here is very clean, and the environment is safe and secure. "

"We stayed here for a short but much needed trip for some sunshine. Our host was incredibly accommodating. We’ve been to Loreto Bay only once before and we arrived at night, after dark. Despite our late arrival the instructions made it easy to find and quick to get in. So close to the beach, restaurants, and the pools. We will definitely come back again! Did I mention how great the host was?"

"What a great stay in the Loreto area! Super spacious, comfy bed, updated gym and great restaurant downstairs. "

"This was an awful stay , the house was the perfect size , conveniently located , had new linens, beds , kitchen amenities (no microwave as advertised as it was in the hot water closet ) and new furniture. All a plus , however it had no hot water the day I arrived , 2nd day and it was only until I contacted VRBO on the 3rd day that the property manager VaCasa started to address no hot water . I contacted the proper manager by, phone , text and email numerous times on the 2nd and 3d day only to be told a different story each time . At one point I was told by the property manager “I’m in Cabo San Lucas , what do you want me to do ?” Another time I was told to wait in the house all day (Monday) for the plumber to arrive and I did only to question at 1:30 pm, when do you think the plumber will arrive ?” I was told they are not coming . It was then I contacted VRBO and a plumber arrived in 2 hours. The plumber fixed the hot water for Monday afternoon and Tuesday but Wednesday morning there was no hot water on the day I have to fly back to France . Monday was the day I was to celebrate my birthday with friends but I spent the day requesting hot water . To add insult to injury the property manager sent me an email Tuesday night requesting help cleaning the house . I have been renting homes in Mexico for 30 years and I’m well experienced when it comes to travel but this experience won the award for do not stay here."
