"The property owner (Daniel) is in constant communication with you. From the beginning to the last minute, Mirma and Mauricio treat you like family! When it came time to leave we didn't want to leave. Mirma is an amazing cook and she was able to accommodate all of our daughter's food allergies without any trouble AND not sacrificing flavors. "A secure building, communicative renters, a clean modern condo and an outstanding view."

"Has everything you need, very convenient to where we had to go, in a few occasions we left the keys inside and Lorena the manager was kind enough to go and open the property for us, we had to be at the airport by 3am, Lorenas kid helped us to load the Van, we are a family of 9 it was amazing, highly recommend it"

"Old Town Quito Suites was the perfect base for our family of 5! Conveniently located but in a quieter part of town which we appreciated. The 2BR apartment was spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Staff go out of their way to make your stay safe and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!"
