"From start (check-in) to finish (check-out) the staff members are very professional not to mention their ability to communicate in English. Security was paramount. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was, being in Thailand, not having hot sauces or Thai hot chili powders available during the afternoon club snack hour or during the breakfast hour . "The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and do their best to make your holiday memorable. We celebrated an anniversary and the staff gave us cake, rose petals in hearts on the bed and generally created a special event. We stayed in the club rooms (6303) which was huge and we could see the ocean which was lovely. There was no wet smell in the room from air con so that was great. The room had everything we need and a nice outdoor balcony with a day bed. Big screen tv and you can log in to...

"6 nights on the top floor room facing The ocean. Spacious room and clean. Furniture average and beds comfortable. Standard amenities. Walk to the beachfront. It felts like our own villa as we were the only customer in this low season. This place is a gem. If they update the room furnitures it is a 5* deal for the price of a 3*. The staff is amazing 🙏"
