"It was very complicated. When we went to check in and shoed the staff our confirm reservation from Expedia, they didn't allow us to check in. They requested for another confirm document from the property which we didn't receive any email from the property. It took us almost 1 hour to check in."

After trying to explain to workers who spoke no English that the room was booked online and paid they just simply walked away.
