"Excellent stay again at Villa Jazmin. Everything was perfect from arrival to leaving. Nicole kept in touch regarding towels and recommendations. Just a fantastic villa in a great location, a few km outside Plakias. Trips to Rethymno in 35 mins which we did a few times. Great places to eat nearby. Pool was great in 35 deg heat and Pedro was great as usual. Thanks Nicole for another great holiday. 👍"

"Lovely villa in a beautiful location, close to nearby towns & beaches. The property itself cannot be faulted and the listing is accurate. The only negative that we were impacted by is the local 'quiet hours' that we were blissfully unaware of before arrival. Apparently, 15:00-17:30 is a time of the day when the locals want quietness...this was communicated only by finding an unsigned note stuck to the gate on the first morning there. Subsequently, 2 children playing together in the private pool...

"House was clean with breathtaking views as advertised! Was not prepared for steep hill access to villa. Took a few trips to be comfortable with the drive; recommend a SUB rental.Communication with owner and house manager was on point. Owner provided detailed directions, as per location and surrounding areas. However, still have to be careful with GPS directions as it can take you areas that are not suitable for tourist driving. We had a wonderful family trip, and would recommend Villa Cassandra!"

"We all had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The house was very comfortable and clean. The outdoor spaces of this villa are beautiful beyond words. The owners of the home were very nice and welcoming! Katrina even gifted us a few of her pictures which she painted. There are three tavernas within walking distance. They were also awesome! We definitely recommend this experience! Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Stayed for 12 days in this lovely house and it could well have been more! A top-class house with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. The house is located in a lovely area and there are plenty of opportunities for excursions in all directions. Sunrise over the mountain top by the pool area with a cup of coffee must be experienced. The hosts are amazing and very helpful in every way. Top marks from here and hope I get the opportunity to come back."

"Michael can only be described as the perfect host. He provided a meal when we arrived and was attentive and helpful at all times. Michael and his family really excelled when we needed a few days extra accommodation at the end of our booked stay, due to a crisis in our family. The villa is further from the town centre than we anticipated, involving walking along a fairly busy road with no footpath. In all other aspects it was a lovely location"

"I’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Emma. The property is spacious and well furnished with a really nice pool. I would really recommend having a car while you are there. The “walkable” beach is a pebble beach and not that great for swimming. Episkopi beach is much nicer but is a drive away. "Great villa in a lovely village. We had enough fab tavernas within walking distance to keep our tummies very happy and all the facilities that we needed to eat in. Nektar bakery was an almost daily trip too 😉 Great base to travel by car to lots of cool days out and close to some really nice beaches that were perfect for the kids Lovely pool and beautiful location for star watching. Owner was great at communicating. Would highly recommend for a perfect holiday."

"Lovely villa. Close to everything you need but still feels peaceful. Excellent facilities and well.managed. George was always available, without being intrusive. Nice not to be in a very touristy area. The only thing to be aware of is that you are some way from the (very nice) beaches, so need to drive.or take a bus."

She seems to work around the clock and she is the most friendly, gracious & most accommodating to all of her guests. Me and my husband felt like we were her only guests by the way she attended to us. "Kathy & Chris were fabulous hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their tips regards restaurants, places to visit and the general area were very helpful. Property is lovely, garden and pool gorgeous and views are just stunning.
