"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"Go to Disneyland Paris got there a day early so we need a place to stay. Two draw backs first no one was around until 5:00pm this is like a Bed And Breakfast not a hotel. Second we stayed in main suite in the main house great room! Tub Shower awful hard to get into hard to use if your over 60 don’t try. Over all we loved the place and the family was super friendly. We left very early to take train to Paris so not sure about food. "

"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. "I never actually got to stay there, granted I didn't see the small print that said I had to ring 24 hours before but when I got to the Apartment block and rang the number provided the person only spoke French and then the call was ended. Attempts were made to ring back but it went to voice mail. In the end I had to book in a Budget Hotel for three nights which was more then adequate"

"Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

"Travelling to and from metro to the property is not safe at night. there is a square where a few group people watching you when ever you pass that area. therefore we tried to come home before night and not travel at night. due to this I have to booked a night at van de Europa to watch the fire works at the Disneyland. it is cost extra for us when we are thought we can travel from our property. "

"The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. Lovely Stay

"Check in and check out was very easy and efficient, bag storage was clean and simple to follow (a little expensive for leaving a bag for a few hours). We were on a flying visit so didn't venture into the restaurant or use many of the amenities but its a beautiful and convenient location. Very well sound proofed when windows were shut, you could not hear any of the outside noise (of which there were many). My one concern is that the windows open fully and there was nothing in place to stop anyone from jumping/falling from them."

Fabulous stay

"Fabulous hotel, perfect position for sight seeing, not far from metro. 10-15min walk to eiffel tower. Overlooks the seine. Very clean. Good security. Fast efficient lifts so although we were on 31st floor there was never a problem. All staff very polite and helpfull. Bar/lounge area very reasonable prices for paris and lovely atmosphere. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!"

"A nice hotel with friendly front desk, a solid breakfast, and perfectly sufficient room space, especially for a solo traveler. The bed was comfy, it was nice to have a desk to sit at, and even in a small space, there were some nice touches that were helpful. Like a place to sit your phone when the plug is a bit high, or the hooks on the wall for additional things. The bathroom, while tiny, was modern. Loved the area of this hotel, close to so many major tourist spots but also fun to just walk around and find Space Invader street art. There's tons in this neighbourhood."
