"Pani na recepcji jest bardzo, ale to bardzo przemiła ze świetnym poczuciem humoru. Service pierwsza klasa, upewnianie się przez obsługę, czy czegoś potrzebujemy albo czy wszystko jest w porządku regularnie. Bardzo czysty i cieplutki pokój. Wygodne łóżka. Pościel bardzo cosy. Śniadanko przepyszne. Atmosfera i dekoracja hotelu bardzo domowa i bardzo klasyczna, świetna kolekcja eksponatów. "

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "Thin walls. Staff knew, shrugged and moved us to another building. Had to fight for room. Booked here and without proof would have slept in the car. When I showed her my iPad, she never apologized, just found us our first room which was sound proofed like a tent. "

"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

"Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. The room was surprisingly big (I think a suite) and and shower etc was well maintained. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. For the money we paid I couldn't find flaw in anything"

"Ok, da billederne passede overens med Hotels. Hyggelig lejlighed. Irriterende der ingen emhætte var og at skraldespandene til hele pensionatet var lige ved vores vinduer. Gardinerne virkede for små til vinduerne så det kom for meget lys ind. "

"The hostess and host are so welcoming they make this pension an amazing place to stay, the hostess was always present whenever we needed anything and made sure everyone at dinner was happy and had a good day, the host gave us great recommendations for walks/hikes to do in the Tatras. "I have stay at Green Deer Premium with 2 teenage daughters. We were mesmerised by the quality and professionalism the property and the owners offer. "What a truly beautiful Aparthotel Cristina is. Just a 2 minute walk from the main centre of Zakopane, but far enough to provide peace and quiet. For us, it was the perfect location. Our room was simply outstanding, with dramatic views out over the mountains. Incredibly romatic. The staff at reception and dining areas we engaged with were lovely, and are a credit to this beautiful hotel. Two restaurants on site with fantastic reviews online. The breakfast was also amazing, with a starter and then cooked selection to reflect different countries across Europe and UK. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff knowledge of the surrounding area greatly addisted our stay. The spa facilities were also amazing. We were so lucky to have the place to ourselves for the hour slot you're allocated each day. A perfect place to relax. We will definitely be back, and the surrounding area offers so much all year round. Thanks to everyone at Aparthotel Cristina for making our short stay such a special memory. "

"It takes only ten minutes to walk to the city center, or to the public bus station to go to different attractions. The transportation is convenient. There is a supermarket and different restaurants nearby, and is just next to the water park, making it ideal for family stays."
