"I have stay at Green Deer Premium with 2 teenage daughters. We were mesmerised by the quality and professionalism the property and the owners offer. "It’s very disappointing that the hotel chooses to use hidden charges to trick its customers. Upon check out, and after having a prepaid booking, I was told I had to pay cleaning charges, which nearly doubled the cost of night. It’s an ugly and deliberate way to mislead customers."

"Perfect location to explore the nearby Tatra mountains. The hostess, Edyta, is wonderful. We had a direct view of Mt. Giewont (>6,000 ft) from both rooms of our apartment. Your car will be safe on the fenced-in property. Enjoy the restaurants in Zakopane proper."

"Nice location and the building looked really nice. Overall cleanliness was good and nice reception lady. I did not like beds, the mattress was probably as old as the building itself. The shower was also very poor, very little water and low pressure."

"What a truly beautiful Aparthotel Cristina is. Just a 2 minute walk from the main centre of Zakopane, but far enough to provide peace and quiet. For us, it was the perfect location. Our room was simply outstanding, with dramatic views out over the mountains. Incredibly romatic. The staff at reception and dining areas we engaged with were lovely, and are a credit to this beautiful hotel. Two restaurants on site with fantastic reviews online. The breakfast was also amazing, with a starter and then cooked selection to reflect different countries across Europe and UK. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff knowledge of the surrounding area greatly addisted our stay. The spa facilities were also amazing. We were so lucky to have the place to ourselves for the hour slot you're allocated each day. A perfect place to relax. We will definitely be back, and the surrounding area offers so much all year round. Thanks to everyone at Aparthotel Cristina for making our short stay such a special memory. "

"It takes only ten minutes to walk to the city center, or to the public bus station to go to different attractions. The transportation is convenient. There is a supermarket and different restaurants nearby, and is just next to the water park, making it ideal for family stays."
