Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. "Booked for 3 nights. Left after 2 as soon as we could get booked in elsewhere. I understand it’s “budget” but the rooms are more like prison sells. The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working. "The front picture is the thermal baths, not the hotel. This said, as a 2*, it is great. Close to the ski lift and the town centre. Could not be located much better. The manager and staff were fab too. Very helpful. The bed was a bit hard for me and the pillows not great. But this may just be me. My partner was fine. Highly recommend. "

"Les photos des appartements ne reflètent pas la réalité. Les appartements pour 4 personnes sont très mal agencés et très peu accueillants. L’hôtel est construit sur une pente abrupte donc beaucoup de marches extérieures et intérieures dans les appartements, une horreur après le ski! Parking en pente également, attention aux coups de portières… Aucune possibilité d’annulation anticipée avec la gérance. Endroit plutôt triste et vétuste. Choix ultime quand aucune autre option d’hébergement...
