"The property is very spacious and quiet. The rooms were an adequate size, and there were four bathrooms, which were plentiful. I enjoyed the open, dormitory-style setup on the upper level, with the large-screen TV. The sofa was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette did have a full-size refrigerator, which was helpful. Eric was the nicest, most friendly host. He was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Elizabeth City. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
