"The room is quite big. We were a party of 4, so the room had 2 beds and 2 Japanese futons, which were all very comfortable. We went to the hot tub, which was located on the same floor as our room. The communal area was quite clean. Our package includes dinner and breakfast. Both were delicious. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. "

"The property is in such an excellent condition. Conveniently located as well, as it is a short walk to Lawson, and also to Lake Kawaguchiko. There are some restaurants around and within walking distance too. Each room comes with it's own onsen, and so convenient. The only downside is the lack of view from the rooms. But the service is impeccable. "
