"No hot water in the shower, send a message to the property about it and no response. The A/C did not work as it only blew a bit of cold air. Definitely don’t recommend this property. You can probably find a better room or hotel"

"Stayed in 2 b/r, 1.5 bath, 1,000 sq ft first floor unit, overlooking internal courtyards on either side. Very comfortable, clean, had pedestal fans as no a/c (weather was cool, no problem). Strong Wifi. Great location on quiet side-street with 6 museos literally next door. Several Mex food restaurants and 7-11 store, metro station Allende close by. Very helpful staff with limited but adequate English. Will gladly stay there again."

Bathroom floor, walls and sealer around the tub were not clean. Also, apartment light switches. Apartment would benefit from a deep clean. "

This, by the way, is not the fault of the property owner; in Mexico city, most houses and apartments do not have AC because most of the year it stays around 65-75 Fahrenheit. "It was good. We stayed for 8 nights and it would have been nice to get housecleaning staff to stop in and at least bring more toilet paper since we were only left with 2 rolls and fresh towels since we were there over a week. No face clothes were provided. "
