I reached the apartment at 2am and had sent a message prior to arriving that I will be coming at that time and hence to have the room ready, but alas.. they were super confused of my arrival and took 30min to give me a quite dirty room. We stayed for 5 days and we had an overflowed toilet, drainage smell in 1 of the sinks, the door that had to be broken to enter, no replacement of towels after cleaning the room, no hair dryer after...
