"On our first night, we were assigned a room that had a toxic construction smell, a leaking shower door sill, and a broken sliding door to the balcony. While I appreciate the prompt response and the room change the following day, it was quite disappointing to encounter such conditions initially. It seems that the room's issues should have been identified before assigning it to guests. We appreciated staff's willingness to address our concerns and apologize for the situation. "
