"The owners where very nice but the hotel was under renovation, you could tell the rooms where just renovated, but not finished in a few areas. Hopefully they will fix these details with time"

"Depak at the counter was very nice & accommodating; however the first room I was put in was not clean at all, bugs in toilet and obviously not cleaned after last use. I insisted on another room; which was provided but the property needs a LOT of attention@"

"My room had an overwhelming smell of cat urine. It had old paneling from the 70's. There was a gap in the door and the frame. I could see right outside. I'm glad it's not winter. The air conditioner took a long time to cool the room. I thought I had already paid for my room through Expedia; however, the lady in the office had me (hand write) a registration card with all my information. Then she ran my credit card. This hotel is stuck in the 70's. It's old, run down, and smelly. If every other...

"Probably the best motel in Brawley. Pulled in for 1 night as we spent a few hours through sunset at the Imperial Sand Dunes just about 20 mins away. This was Day 1 of our southwest road trip thru Nevada, Utah and AZ. Restaurant right next door was solid. Parking easy, supermarket just a minute down the road. Breakfast was included but imo was below avg, typical hotel/motel breakfast, didnt like the taste of the sausage or eggs, but i never do at these types of motels.... the mini doughnuts were fire tho. Would stay again. "

"The property itself was very good. The first night was quite quiet but the second night we got serenaded with loud Spanish singing from 3 am - 4:30 am. The phone in the room did not work so we couldn't contact the office. When we reported it at check out the lady at reception really didn't seem to care. We realize it was out her hands but she could have been a little bit sympathetic. "
