"Wonderful place to start or end a trip to Tokyo. Building and spa area were very clean with ample amenities. As someone who has never been to a Japanese onsen, it was an interesting experience, and the provided materials make the process smooth. Be sure to plan around the bus schedule in advance. This was also my first experience with a pod hotel, and as a fairly tall person (6’2”), I was a little worried I’d feel cramped inside the pod, but luckily I was able to stretch all the way out. "The airport shuttle was perfect to go back and forth to catch the train. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast yummy. The only thing missing was a shuttle to nearby shopping centers."
