"Einrichtung: 1 alter Tisch, 1 Metallbett, 1 Stuhl, 1 Fernseher, Nicht mehr haftende Deko Folie an der Wand, Laminat Fussboden Durchhängende Matraze auf Stahlrahmenbett (--) Kleines Badezimmer mit Waschbecken und Dusche (maximal Platzoptimiert) (Hat mich sehr an meine Stube bei der Bundeswehr erinnert :o( ) Fernseher war nicht eingestellt. (Hauptprogramme nicht verfügbar) W-Lan Passwort habe ich nicht gefunden (Daher kein W-Lan, dies aber vermutlich mein Fehler) KLeiner Balkon und Beton-Vorplatz...

"There unfortunately is not much good I can say about this property that is not marked as ‘Grüner Baum’. I arrived at the arranged time and entered the building to find an empty stairway, closed doors and a state of renovation inside and outside. Nobody appeared to be on site, except surveillance cameras. Nobody responded when I called a greeting. I sat in the stairway and waited until a painter connected me with someone who guided me over a plastic covered and freshly painted hallway cluttered...

"Folgende Mängel sind zu beanstanden: - Rezeption nicht wie angegeben von 11 Uhr bis 21:30 Uhr besetzt. Wir standen immer wieder vor verschlossener Tür oder versuchten Sie telefonisch zu erreichen, oftmals ohne Erfolg. - Leere Bierflaschen/ Dosen im Schrank bei Ankunft - Keine Duschtücher, erst nach mehrfachen Bitten, dann nur eins für 2 Personen für die ersten und letzten zwei Tage - Kaffee/ und Tassen nur nach mehrmaligen Beanstandung aufgefüllt ebenso nicht...

"Hallo, das Personal war sehr nett, wir haben uns schon gedacht, dass wir nicht mit dem Besten rechnen könne. die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet....das Bett war eine Katastrophe, Matratzen total durch, bei jeder Bewegung eine Mega-Gequietsche und der Raum hat eine komischen Geruch... Ansonsten für ne Nacht zum Aushalten."

"The hotel is modern, and I really liked the online check-in. The virtual key is also very handy, as you don't need to worry about carrying a physical key. The restaurant on the ground floor is very nice, with tasty food and drinks, and the staff are also very friendly. The only negative point is the issue with the shower, which clearly hasn't been resolved yet. Just to be fair, I want to mention that it's only the water temperature that changes suddenly — but that's all. The bathroom is very clean, and the amenities are great. I would definitely book again when returning to Stuttgart in the future. "

"I requested and was granted without hesitation a room change due to the allocated room not being suitable. GREAT breakfast- the best omelette I’ve had in Deutschland. Spacious, clean rooms. Close to HBF but with luggage you will need a taxi. Bistro restaurant is a bonus as you don’t need to leave the hotel for food. Taxis waiting outside the front entrance of the hotel. Will come back here "
