"We found this last minute on the way through Switzerland to Belgium, however found the hotel a little run down and tired. Sadly, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired ."

"We had a great stay at this small hotel tucked away in a wooded area of the Vosges. The renovated room was very comfortable with good quality bedding and although the bathroom was a little dated everything worked well with plenty of hot water. What was really outstanding was the lovely brasserie (they also have a large dining room which is used for big group events) where we dined and had breakfast both nights of our stay (other dining options are a drive away). "Although we loved the idea and style of the accommodations and farm, we did compromise on some levels. The room had natural light but to have privacy., the shutters had to be closed which made it very dark. And although there were lamps, there were not any extra outlets for recharging cellphones or a cpap machine so the lamps had to be unplugged. The bathroom was dark and the towels did not dry overnight. The linens on the fold out sofa did not feel crispy clean. The house cat was very friendly,...
